Zorggroep Manna in Enschede zoekt een wijkverpleegkundige voor een zelfstandig team waar samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Je verleent zorg aan cliënten thuis, stelt zorgplannen op en coördineert zorgprocessen. De functie vereist een HBO-diploma Verpleegkunde en BIG-registratie, met ervaring in de wijkverpleging als pluspunt. Een contract van gemiddeld 24 uur per week biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en samenwerking binnen een leuk team.

Je ontvangt een salaris in FWG schaal 50 en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
