MAD Movement in Enschede zoekt vrijwilligers als jobmaatjes en jobgroupleiders om werkzoekenden te ondersteunen. Als jobmaatje bied je 1-op-1 begeleiding, terwijl jobgroupleiders groepen begeleiden met trainingen en thema's die gericht zijn op het herintreden in de arbeidsmarkt.
Vrijwilligers krijgen begeleiding en trainingen, zodat ze werkzoekenden professioneel kunnen helpen. De tijdsbesteding varieert van 1-2 uur per week voor jobmaatjes tot 3 uur per week voor jobgroupleiders. De rol draagt bij aan het verminderen van sociale uitsluiting en andere problemen.
