MAD Movement in Enschede is op zoek naar een maatschappelijk begeleider voor de ondersteuning van vluchtelingen. In deze rol help je vluchtelingen hun integratie in Nederland te bevorderen en hen naar zelfredzaamheid te coachen.
Je begeleidt hen bij het aanvragen van voorzieningen en het omgaan met hun nieuwe omgeving. Effectieve communicatie en sociale vaardigheden zijn cruciaal, evenals een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Deze functie biedt de kans om te werken in een stimulerende omgeving met mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
