De Twentse Zorgcentra zoekt een ambulant gezinsbehandelaar die gezinnen begeleidt waarin ten minste één gezinslid een verstandelijke beperking heeft. Je versterkt opvoedvaardigheden van ouders en helpt hen regie te nemen binnen het gezin.
Je werkt volgens de Intensieve Ambulante Gezinsbehandeling (IAG). Je observeert in de thuissituatie, analyseert problematiek, stelt een behandelplan op en bewaakt de voortgang.
