Tactus Verslavingszorg zoekt een betrokken woonbegeleider voor 6 maanden op de locatie aan de Vlierstraat in Enschede. Je begeleidt cliënten in herstel van verslaving, met aandacht voor veiligheid en welzijn.
Je taken omvatten instrueren, ondersteunen en aanpassen van interventies op maat, rekening houdend met de unieke herstelweg van elke cliënt. Een onregelmatige dienst en weekendwerk behoren tot het takenpakket.
