Bij Huis en Haard het Bijvank in Enschede werkt een gedragswetenschapper met ongeveer 30 bewoners die complexe psychiatrische, sociaal-maatschappelijke en verslavingsproblematiek hebben. Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week, bent regelmatig op locatie en draagt bij aan passende begeleiding en behandeling.
Je adviseert bij casuïstiek- en behandeloverleggen, zet lijnen uit en evalueert deze met collega’s. Daarnaast coach je medewerkers en ondersteunt beleidsontwikkeling en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen
