The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead in Enschede to oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns, ensuring accuracy and on-time shipping for ecommerce orders.
You will manage a small team, schedule, train, and develop staff; maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and WMS alignment; optimise layout and processes and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. The role includes cross-functional coordination and safety adherence.
