We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Application (Finance and Procurement) to join our Technology Team. You will manage the Finance & Procurement Solution Product lifecycle, collaborating with partners to deliver technology solutions that drive business results.
Responsibilities- Work closely with finance & procurement business users to understand strategic goals, leverage external and internal resources to deliver technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Manage the vendor to deliver solutions and services that meet the agreed service levels and timelines.
- Act as IT partner and solution owner for the Finance & Procurement system, enforce compliance with IT policies, Info Sec, Audit requirements and establish group standards and key controls.
- Collaborate with global system users to ensure the implemented solution follows IT policies, Info Sec, PMO requirements and group and industry standards.
- Work with business users and the Technology team to prepare annual budget planning.
- Manage the product lifecycle with the Technology team, including roadmaps, design, implementation, review and continuous improvements through solution iterations.
- 10 years of working experience.
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Finance & Procurement IT products and services management.
- IT technical knowledge and project experience in system integration (e.g., process automation, reconciliation automation, e-invoice, VAT invoice integration is advantageous).
- Problem-solving and planning skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin.
- Experience working in IT Headquarters is advantageous.
- Experience working on global or regional projects.
- Project management (PMP) is an advantage.
- Travel may be required.
