• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver product by car to customer (driving-specific duties).
• Deliver flyers and door hangers (driving-specific duties).

Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment and handling inventory, orders, and cleanliness.
• Communication Skills — Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Essential Functions/Skills — Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); must be able to make correct monetary change; verbal and written skills to take and process orders; motor coordination for precise movements; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• WORK CONDITIONS — Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above; sudden temperature changes; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Physical Demands —
  • Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station; occasional forward bending at front counter and during stocking.
  • Crouching/Squatting: occasional.
  • Reaching: continuous, including reaching above 72 inches to turn on oven controls, adjust signs, or lift objects; reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; reaching forward to obtain toppings and clean surfaces.
  • Hand Tasks: continuous eye-hand coordination; frequent use of hands; shaping dough; use of pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching to assemble boxes; grasping cans, phones, pizza cutters, peel, and boxes.
  • Machines & Tools: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
• Driving Specific Duties — Deliver product by car to customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Requires — Valid driver s license with safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle.
• Essential Skills — Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses; navigate multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Physical/Other — Delivery involves carrying pizzas and beverages; walking, driving, and climbing (five or more flights of stairs possible); sensing with far and night vision for driving.
