• Conduct private (1‑on‑1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun and fully tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.
