Start with a trainer for 6 weeks and weekly pay, then advance to solo pay with guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first three months. After that, expect $1,200 to $1,800 weekly as you gain experience, with mileage and stop-pay incentives.
Benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and orientation pay. Home every two weeks; riders and pets allowed after training.
