Work Your Way:

At Spreetail, we believe in empowering our employees to work in the way that suits them best through our Work Your Way approach. Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. That’s why we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of intentional collaboration, team building, community engagement, and our All-Hands meeting.

It’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to work your way, with meaningful opportunities to connect and grow together. Please scroll to the bottom of the job posting to confirm that your state qualifies for the Work Your Way program.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

What experience will help you in this role:

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving processes. The work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.

In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence. We believe the right person can learn what is needed to succeed in their role, so we encourage job applicants to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications listed.
