Bio Life Plasma Services is seeking a seasoned leader to join the Senior Operations Management Trainee program. You will rotate through plasma centers across the United States, travel up to 95%, and participate in an accelerated leadership track that leads to a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, with relocation after the program.
The six-month training phase is followed by a 12-month window to advance, with hands-on mentoring, team development, and opportunities to help open new centers.
