Clinical Supervisor - Acute Rehab

Provides direct and indirect nursing care, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising nursing staff while supporting the facility’s mission and goals. Demonstrates service excellence and professional leadership in a specialized inpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic setting.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising nursing staff while supporting the facility’s mission and goals. Demonstrates service excellence and professional leadership in a specialized inpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic setting.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a BSN required.
• At least one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience is a plus.
• Current RN license in the state of Nevada, BLS certification, with ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or relevant specialty training upon hire.

• Assume shift responsibility, ensuring quality patient care.
• Coordinate and oversee nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members.
• Support activities aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
• Lead and support healthcare team members, fostering a patient-centered care environment.
