Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of on-site repairs with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. You will manage service requests, communicate with residents and vendors, and maintain safety and cleanliness on-site.
The role includes a company vehicle and requires a valid driver's license. Qualifications include EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 5 years in maintenance.
