• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
• Take and record radiographic images.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as per state and federal requirements.
• Experience with Open Dental software and electronic health records.
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

• Office hours:
  Monday-Wednesday, 7 am - 5 pm (1 hour lunch).
• Staff are expected to arrive at 6:15 am for morning preparations and huddle.
• Most staff average 30-33 hours per week, with a 4-day weekend.
