WHITERIVERMC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans. You will support residents with meals, personal care, mobility, safety, and comfort, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
You will document observations and activities, report changes to Health and Wellness staff, participate in shift handoffs, and ensure the resident environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
