**** JOB SUMMARY
- ** The Swing Shift Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of ski area facilities during swing shift hours. Working after operational hours, this role ensures that lodges, restrooms, dining areas, rental shops, and other public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next day’s guests. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and occasional snow/ice management at building entrances.

This position requires the ability to work independently, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks in a cold-weather environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all resort visitors.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- ** Swing Shift Custodians are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our facility. This position works a swing shift to take advantage of the time that buildings are least occupied. This job description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities and is not intended to be an inclusive list of job tasks and expectations. With the evolution of this resort and position, the responsibilities of this position may change.

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- ** Ability to work “swing shift” hours from 2:30pm to 11pmAbility to work for extended periods of time  bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.

Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis. ##
