JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Services & Front Desk

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and memorable arrival and departure experience.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room assignments, cancellations, modifications, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Provide information regarding property amenities, local attractions, dining, activities, and transportation.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve routine concerns, and elevate? Actually “Anticipate guest needs, resolve routine concerns, and escalate issues to management when appropriate.”
• Process payments, deposits, refunds, and other transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information while protecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other departments to support daily operations.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, special requests, groups, and other daily guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and guest area.
• Follow all property policies, safety procedures, cash-handling requirements, and applicable regulations.

Sales & Revenue Support

• Respond to sales inquiries and reservation opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with prospective guests, groups, businesses, organizations, and other potential customers.
• Assist with group reservations, retreats, meetings, weddings, special events, and other business opportunities as applicable.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, event planners, attractions, and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional room nights, packages, amenities, special offers, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
