Assembler – 2nd Shift – Parker Hannifin – Enumclaw, Washington

Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Actuator Division seeks a 2nd shift assembler to prepare and assemble products and components.

Shift: Monday – Friday 2nd shift starting at 1:15 pm with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch.

Your Responsibilities
  • Use a variety of hand tools and basic production equipment to prepare components for assembly.
  • Assemble repetitive products accurately by reading and interpreting assembly drawings.
  • Perform all phases of assembly, including timing.
  • Conduct functional tests on finished assemblies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Actively participate in High Performance Teams and company‑sponsored training.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with safety guidelines and lean principles, complying with all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain work areas by cleaning and organizing space and equipment
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.
  • Previous overhead crane/hoist experience preferred.
  • Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
  • Ability to multitask and organize work/priorities.
  • Must be able to read tape measure and other measuring devices.
Physical Demands/Work Environment

Employee frequently required to hear and speak, regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands to grasp and handle. Occasionally required to lift up to 40 lbs. May be exposed to oils, dirt, fumes, and moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
  • Pay Range: $23.63/hr to $29.58/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
