We have an exciting opening for a Skilled Machinist on 2nd shift in Enumclaw, WA. This position we are seeking a responsible team member to set up and operate heat treat equipment (Nitride) on 2nd shift.
2nd shift: 1:15 PM to 9:45 PM
Required to train on 1st shift 5:00AM to 1:30PM
Eligible for shift premium $1.25/hr

Your responsibilities

• Keeps machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Performs basic preparation of setups (only as allowed by supervisor on PSPF 013, posted in that cell).
• Actively participates in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
• Completes additional duties and projects as assigned

Who we are looking for

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CNC lathe, shapers, hobbers (& manual gear checking equipment), or mill operator or the equivalent.
• Ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor.
• The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions is required in order to perform the duties described above.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in this field preferred but not required.
