Franciscan Medical Group, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, seeks a PRN Clinic LPN for our busy Franciscan Family Practice Clinic in Enumclaw. No weekends or organizationally recognized holidays required.

This position reports to a Registered Nurse or other Healthcare Provider and is responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients consistent with LPN licensure scope and FMG Scope of Practice Policy.

Duties include:

• Preparing patients for practitioner visit; rooming patients, obtaining and recording vital signs and other relevant information.
• Assisting with patient care, diagnostic tests, and clinical procedures within scope of licensure.
• Assisting with point‑of‑care testing (CLIA‑Waived Tests) and lab tests following established protocols.
• Administering patient medications per written provider order; tracking and logging medication usage.
• Documenting procedures and interactions in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Organizing exam rooms, including cleaning, restocking supplies, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining equipment.
• Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and competence in communication with diverse patient populations.
• Performing any related duties as required.

• Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
• One year of LPN work experience in a clinic setting or two years of acute care LPN experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
