**** JOB SUMMARY
** As a restaurant hostess/host of Crystal Mountain you have the most control over the flow of the restaurant. You are a key piece in the restaurant operation and direct the flow of service, working with the manager, the servers, and the kitchen on timing seatings in order to provide the best possible guest experience. You will greet guests with a smile as they enter and show them to their table, engaging with guests to ensure their meal is as good as it should be.  

To do well in this role you should be comfortable standing for long periods and keeping order over a very busy shift.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES
** Assistance with other positions in the restaurant as needed and duties as assigned
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
** Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis. Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis. ##
