Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Well Span Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time board certified/eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our well-established practice in Lancaster County, PA. This well-established group is highly respected and has a large, loyal referral base.

Position Highlights:

• Regular clinical team group supervisions/case consults with multidisciplinary representation and additional peer clinical consult available as needed
• An experienced, engaged, and collaborative clinical team of therapists offering various areas of expertise with individual, family and group therapies.
• An overall connected, hard-working, supportive team who enjoys having fun and celebrating wins and each other.
• Eclectic selection of continuing training topics that support clinical growth and competency
• We are supported by our own access center 24/7 with crisis support, and have BH focused/trained staff within ED when needed
• TMS treatment offered onsite
• Opportunity for Voluntary call - inpatient weekend and/or weeknight tna or Ephrata Hospitals.
