Balance! Family Medicine Physician - NW of Moses Lake, WA

Family Practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team. A very busy rural family medicine clinic with 2 physicians and 2 APP’s when fully staffed. Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state of the art Family Medicine Clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group.

• Position is four – 10-hour shifts or five – 8-hour shifts per week
• Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
  General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women’s health and a heavy higher acuity / internal medicine type practice.
• Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in 2 other locations
• 20-25 patients per shift
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Compensation:
  First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
