Our client is a community centric, decorated small hospital servicing a very large geographic region in Central Washington.

They have an immediate need for the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or Medical Technology with one year of clinical internship is required.
• Nationally recognized certification as MT (ASCP or equivalent) is preferred.
• Three to five years of hospital experience is preferred. Position requires competency with laboratory equipment and computer software.
• Must be able to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to seek resources for direction.
• Must show accountability for self while practicing within legal and ethical guidelines and be able to care for customers/patients across the age continuum.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, follow oral/written instructions in English.

11-week assignment to start but anticipate longer if desired
