Base pay range$27.00/hr - $28.00/hr
An Irrigation Supervisor is needed to oversee all aspects of the irrigation for a seed production company. The ideal individual is self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision. A great benefits package is available for the right candidate!
Responsibilities- Manage electronic monitoring systems for irrigation systems across all farms
- Ensure correct function of pivot, wheel and hand irrigation systems
- Be able to make quick decisions and create a plan of action with little notice
- Work with minimal supervision
- Effectively operate computer systems and adapt to new systems
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of Ag irrigation systems including pivot, wheel, and hand systems
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
