Construction Security Guard – Full Time – Quincy, WA

Pay: $23.00 per hour. Shift availability: afternoon and overnight, any day.

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers and signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete a GED program within six months.
• Standard computer and technology skills.
• Preferred customer service background.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) during the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation measures.
• Willingness to participate in Securitas’ pre‑employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
