Key Account Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee client relations and facilitate relocations throughout Africa & the Middle East. This role involves proactively managing accounts, maintaining client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. Strong analytical skills and excellent English proficiency are required. If you have at least 3 years of Key Account Management experience, we encourage you to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

3 years of professional experience at the Key Account Management level.

Exposure to USA clients or accounts will be beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or higher education in business or service industry preferred.

Very strong computer skills are necessary, particularly in Excel.

Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Duties:

Proactively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Translate client needs into business opportunities and set up quotations and pricing policies accordingly.

Develop new ideas to improve service delivery and follow daily operations with Global Mobility Coordinators.

Ensure implementation of client procedures and SLA management, while providing efficient reporting to management and clients.

Collaborate with internal team members to solve client needs and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
