• Work Health & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and safe work procedures
  • Conduct safety audits, hazard identification and incident/near miss reporting
  • Ensure staff are inducted, trained, licensed and using PPE correctly
  • Maintain WHS, plant and equipment records and support return-to-work processes
  • Promote good housekeeping and food safety standards
• Warehouse & Logistics Operations
  • Coordinate stock movements, receipting, storage and rotation
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with market, warehouse and third-party stakeholders
  • Support transport, pallet, crate and bin movements
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Workforce & Compliance Support
  • Support workforce scheduling, performance monitoring and supervision coverage
  • Assist with coaching, counselling and compliance with industrial relations requirements
  • Monitor annual leave accruals in line with policy
• Administration & Communication
  • Complete operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Attend and support briefings and meetings
  • Maintain effective communication with management.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of WHS and safe work practices
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work early mornings (11pm - 1am starts)
