Servicing projects Nationwide and across the Caribbean, Enviro Vantage is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper hazardous materials handling and demolition.
Essential Functions- Take ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion
- Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project schedules
- Procure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out
- Oversee and provide guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to schedule, labor, equipment, materials and disposal on their jobs
- Monitor production and project costs to ensure each job is completed on schedule
- Review and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports for their jobs
- Continually update a 3‑week look ahead for all projects
- Interact with the customer on a regular basis and be the lead on negotiation for any scope discrepancy or issues on the job site
- Proactively develop relationships with subcontractors
- Oversee all change order requests and submit in conjunction with estimating and finance
- Responsible to ensure project close‑out package is completed, and job can be billed in full
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields
- Experience managing federal government contracts preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass a federal government background screen
- OSHA 40‑Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
- OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Training. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
- Ability to coordinate your actions with those of other workers on busy construction sites
- Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance are an essential job function
- Ability to pick up construction debris and able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods with occasional standing and walking
- Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000/year
- Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location
- Health Insurance:
Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire - Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year
- Sick Time: 56 hours per year
- Paid Holidays: 8 company‑paid holidays per year
