Our highly trained staff is looking to add a Site Superintendent to our growing team.
Site SuperintendentThe Site Superintendent will be responsible for the direct oversight and management of staff and subcontractors working on diverse environmental construction projects, including demolition, restoration, earthwork, and storm water. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage both people and resources efficiently.
Essential Functions- Coordinating onsite work and scheduling to meet budgets
- Conducting daily safety meetings, safety/health inspections, mishap investigations, and maintaining OSHA logs
- Ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Supervising and directing field crews and subcontractors
- Implementing project‑specific work plans
- Managing crew labor and equipment time to maximize productivity and meet budgets
- Interfacing and communicating with clients professionally
- Overseeing delivery and off‑loading of supplies and materials
- Completing daily field reports
- Minimum of 6 years related field experience
- Experience with DOD (USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or USCG) required
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong working knowledge of heavy civil projects preferred
- Experience mapping multi‑phased excavations, backfill/compaction, and groundwater collection
- Demolition and asbestos abatement experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple crews and heavy equipment teams
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Operating and maintaining heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Torch cutting and rigging experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to bend, lift, walk, carry, and use equivalent force to lift 50–100 pounds
- Qualified candidates must pass a medical physical examination for anticipated work requirements
- Must pass a background check and obtain access to military bases across the United States
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
- Compensation Range: $35.00–$40.00 per hour (actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location)

Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first day of the month following hire - Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year
- Sick Time: 56 hours per year
- Paid Holidays: 8 company‑paid holidays per year
