The Demolition Supervisor will oversee and manage staff and subcontractors working on diverse environmental construction projects. The role includes demolition, restoration, earthwork, and storm water projects, and may require hands‑on site work to ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently.

• Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate onsite work
• Ensure job completion in a safe and efficient manner
• Implement project‑specific work plans
• Manage crew labor and equipment time to achieve maximum productivity and meet budgets
• Interface and communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Oversee delivery and off-loading of supplies and materials
• Complete daily field reports

• Minimum 1 year as an Asbestos, Demolition, or Construction Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years related field experience with construction management
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required; if not current, willing to get certification within 30 days of hire
• 40‑hour Asbestos Supervisor certification required
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules preferred but not required
• Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment preferred but not required
• Torch cutting and rigging experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred but not required

• Perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using force equal to lifting 50–100 pounds
• Must pass a physical examination by a medical professional for the anticipated work requirements
• Must pass a background check and obtain access to military bases across the United States
• Valid driver’s license required, plus a safe driving record as measured by company policy

• Range: $27.00–$30.00 per hour
• Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location
