** About the Role**
* ** Lead and mentor educators
** within your room, modelling best practice
* ** Plan and deliver play-based learning
** aligned with the EYLF
* ** Support programming, documentation and reflective practice
** to drive continuous improvement
* ** Build strong relationships
** with children, families, and colleagues
* ** Collaborate with the Centre Director and leadership team
** to support pedagogy and compliance
** What You’ll Need**
* ** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (ACECQA-approved)
* ** Previous experience
** as a Lead Educator or in a senior educator role
* ** Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS**
* ** Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
*** Confidence to
** mentor, guide and support
** other educators
