Center-Based Behavior Technician (Full-Time)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM (guaranteed full-time hours)

What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.
You will:
* Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
* Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills
* Support children through challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
* Track and record behavioral data
* Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
* Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment
* Assist with toileting or diapering when needed
* Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical development
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience working with children (childcare, early childhood, camps, classrooms, etc.)
* Capacity for full-time, Monday - Friday hours
* Ability to meet physical demands (sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, engaging in active play)
* Annual flu vaccination
* Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
* A desire to make a meaningful difference in children's lives
