Registered Behavior Technician - Epping, NH

If you are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional with solid experience supporting students with behavioral needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), this role near Epping, NH, offers an engaging, meaningful experience working onsite during the  academic year.

You’ll collaborate in a supportive environment, guided by a supervising School BCBA, and actively shape positive educational experiences for young learners. Your expertise in classroom behavioral interventions will ensure each student receives the encouragement and structure they need to thrive.

Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current RBT Certification (provide documentation during the application process)
  • Previous experience in behavioral or ASD classroom settings is essential (1:1 experience alone will not qualify)
  • Demonstrated expertise working directly with students presenting behavioral needs in a school setting
  • Positive communicator who thrives in collaborative, student-focused teams
  • Ability to commit to working fully onsite from October 2026 through May 2027

Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies in an elementary classroom under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and report on data relating to student behaviors and intervention outcomes
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
  • Support the overall classroom environment to enhance learning and positive behavior
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to adapt interventions as needed for individual student success
