Registered Behavior Technician; RBT; Epping, Hampshire

What You Bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or substantial experience as a Behavior Tech/Paraprofessional with demonstrable Behavior/ASD background
• Prior hands-on experience within behavior settings more than just 1:1 support
• Competence and comfort in elementary classroom settings
• Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to support students individualized growth
• Willingness to work onsite (remote/virtual arrangements are not available)
• Commitment to the contract duration from October 12, 2026 through May 27, 2027
• Ability to provide certification and a resume highlighting relevant experience

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct support and implement behavior intervention plans for elementary-aged students
• Collaborate closely with the onsite BCBA and teaching staff
• Facilitate positive classroom engagement and promote student development
• Consistently document and communicate progress following best practices
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners
• Adjust strategies as needed to address varying student needs during the school day (8:153:15, 32.5 hours per week)
