Claims Administrator Epping

Our client is seeking an English Claims Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing client claims related to insurance, including recording, handling, and follow-up. Strong organizational skills and excellent English proficiency are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year experience in claims processing and familiarity with related procedures.
• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree would be beneficial.
• While not compulsory, a qualification in RE (Regulatory Exam) may be recommended.
• A moderate to high level of computer literacy would be necessary.
• Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape.

DUTIES:

• Recording, handling, and following up on clients' insurance claims via phone calls and emails.
• Identifying and processing claims using established procedures and ensuring compliance with them.
• Evaluating damages according to insurer guidelines and discussing reimbursement proposals with clients.
• Utilizing administrative and organizational skills to effectively manage claims resolution.
• Providing excellent customer care by synthesizing information and rationalizing solutions for the benefit of both the company and clients.
• Utilizing internet navigation systems and office tools proficiently for claim processing.
• Collaborating with team members and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining an inquiring mind to address clients' needs and resolve claims effectively.
