As an industry-leading Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractor since 1985, Enviro Vantage, Inc is looking to add a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Manager to our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all safety regulations, guidelines, and best practices are followed, minimizing hazards and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate risks and develop control measures to enhance worker safety.
• Conduct ongoing safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure all employees are well-informed about safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and environmental guidelines, and ensure adherence.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of safety meetings, inspections, and incident reports.
• Assist in safety audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, and ensure any findings are corrected in a timely manner.
• Investigate and report accidents, injuries, and near-misses on-site, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain records of incidents, conduct follow-up actions, and analyze trends to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE by all workers.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on safety performance, compliance status, and incidents.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and other departments to promote safety awareness.
• Act as a liaison between the company, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety role within the construction, environmental, or related industries.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other industry-specific safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, hazard analysis, and accident investigation procedures.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to a week at a time.
• Ability to access military bases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department and the organization’s facilities.

• Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year (actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.)
