Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, delivering education, triage, and executing various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
- Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Obtaining and maintaining necessary competencies and certifications.
- Weekly pay with stipends included.
- Eligibility for Sanford benefits, including insurance options, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Opportunities for contract extensions or transfers to other Sanford sites.
- Adherence to professional standards and commitment to ethical nursing practice.
