* ** Hourly Rate:** **$30.33 per hour
*** Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
** Penalty rates are as follows:
** Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.*
* ** Plus 12% Superannuation**
* ** Plus 10% Variable Remuneration
** If you are eligible to receive Variable Remuneration, the eligibility, calculation and payment will be determined by the Variable Remuneration plan’s rules (which we may change from time to time).*
