Property Accounts Assistant/ Receivership Administrator
- Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Epsom, parking available on site. - Job Type: Full-time, 100% office based and then hybrid after probation.
We are seeking a Property Accounts Assistant/ Receivership Administrator to join a well-established residential property management company. This role is ideal for an organised and motivated individual who thrives in managing residential properties that enter receivership. The position offers a structured career path, hybrid working options post-probation, and a supportive team environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the fast and efficient handling of properties that have entered receivership, ensuring a speedy resolution for all parties involved.
- Assist in stabilising newly-appointed assets, including reviewing existing management arrangements and identifying urgent actions.
- Coordinate day-to-day management of affected buildings.
- Support administration of service charges, documentation, reporting, and general estate oversight, working in line with industry standards.
- Help ensure properties are maintained to preserve or enhance value during receivership.
- Prepare financial updates, compliance documents, and information requested by lenders or insolvency practitioners.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing updates to internal teams, external receivers, leaseholders, contractors, and lenders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure clear, professional communication throughout the receivership process.
- Prepare supplier invoices, process rents, and statements for properties at auction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management ability.
- Confidence working with numbers, documents, and financial information.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
- Previous experience in receivership, block/estate management, property administration, or finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of service charges or residential property processes is advantageous.
