Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Epsom
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 2:30pm
Salary: full time equivalent of c £30,000 – £32,000
The Opportunity
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception duties with administrative support to the HR team and day to day running of the office , making it ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy and collaborative office environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and greeting visitors, candidates and guests.
- Handling incoming calls, deliveries and general enquiries.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new starters.
- Booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting spaces.
- Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and office events.
- Maintaining office records, filing and data entry.
- Helping ensure the office remains organised, professional and well-presented.
- Supporting the day-to-day operational requirements of the office as needed.
About You
We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and enjoys supporting others.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an office administration, or reception
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved across the business.
