Responsibilities include:

Manage vehicle repairs to ensure they are completed on time and meet brand standards Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations Handle multi-channel communications via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Achieve and aim to surpass manufacturer customer satisfaction scores Upsell additional services or repairs where appropriate Coordinate vehicle collection and delivery processes efficiently Manage parts ordering and provide updates on delayed work Prepare vehicles thoroughly for customer check-out Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Utilise RSA & 1 Link systems to ensure smooth service operations Manage follow-up communications and customer care throughout their journey Candidate profile:
