Service Advisor

Our client, a reputable motor trade dealership based in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dedicated team.

Up to £32,000 salary depending on experience, with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000+
8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

Duties of the Service Advisor:

Handling inbound bookings for vehicle repairs and MOTs
Updating customers on vehicle availability and pricing
Checking customers in and informing them of scheduled repairs
Assisting the Aftersales Manager and wider team to improve customer satisfaction
Administering customer information and repair details onto dealership software systems
Contributing to the administration of the service department

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive aftersales sector
Excellent communication skills and a helpful, friendly manner
Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and build rapport with customers
Knowledge of dealership industry standards and processes is advantageous but not essential
