Service Advisor

A well-established, family-run dealership in Epsom is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their team.

The successful Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing service bookings, upselling additional services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position provides stability, a supportive working environment, and a competitive salary package.

Benefits of a Service Advisor:

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £32,500, dependent on experience
Potential to earn up to £36,000 including bonuses
Working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota (8:30am to 1pm)
23 days holiday entitlement, including your birthday and bank holidays

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, providing exceptional customer service
Manage service bookings efficiently and keep customers informed of vehicle progress
Upsell additional services and repairs in line with customer needs
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
Support the team with general dealership administrative tasks related to service

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to build rapport with both customers and team members
Full UK driving licence is desirable
Knowledge of automotive systems and dealership software
A proactive and motivated approach to customer service
