Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next move with a well‑established automotive dealership?

We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor in Epsom, offering a strong basic salary of £30,000 – £34,000, with realistic earning potential of up to £42,000 OTE.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy aftersales environment, delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Taking ownership of customer enquiries and requirements
• Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Upselling additional work where appropriate
• Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs

We’re keen to speak with experienced automotive Service Advisors who are confident dealing with customers and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• A professional and positive approach
• Good understanding of workshop processes
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry
