Solutions Consultant

This role is built for someone who wants control over their earnings and real influence over client growth. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be driving revenue, opening new doors and managing relationships that directly shape business success.

This is not a passive sales position. You’ll be identifying opportunity, leading meetings, negotiating terms and taking ownership of the full lifecycle from first contact through to deployment. If you thrive in a target-driven environment where performance is rewarded, this is where you prove it.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Solutions Consultant

Developing technical and market awareness within your business area
Identifying and building relationships with prospective clients via telephone and face-to-face meetings
Booking and leading meetings to understand hiring needs and secure new opportunities
Sourcing, headhunting and interviewing candidates aligned to client requirements
Negotiating terms of business and managing contract renewals
Managing the full deployment process including contracts, travel, accommodation and ongoing service delivery
What you’ll bring to the table as a Solutions Consultant

Previous experience within a target-driven sales environment
Strong telephone and face-to-face negotiation capability
Experience managing commercial discussions and client engagement
Strong analytical and numerical skills with confident use of Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to travel internationally at short notice

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
