What you'll be getting stuck into as a Sales Manager
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of consultants to exceed billing targets
  • Embedding strong CRM discipline, accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline coverage
  • Driving outbound activity and personally generating and closing new business
  • Supporting key calls, pitches and negotiations to improve conversion rates
  • Scaling new customers into strategic, recurring-revenue key accounts
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and client satisfaction
What you'll bring to the table as a Sales Manager
  • Proven background in recruitment or staffing sales with consistent personal billing success
  • Previous leadership experience with clear coaching and mentoring impact
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and consultative sales process
  • Commercially astute, data-driven approach to pipeline and revenue management
  • Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
