Overview
At AtkinsRéalis, we support major infrastructure programmes across the UK and internationally, focusing on delivering effective outcomes through optimizing asset performance. We seek an enthusiastic, client‑oriented individual to lead and develop our asset performance business within the Aviation Market.
Our Services- Data‑driven infrastructure assets & information management, including asset management, regulatory and technical advice.
- Asset performance monitoring and benchmarking, using dashboards and digital tools.
- Strategic and tactical planning, risk‑based decision‑making tools, and prioritisation.
- Assurance and regulatory advice for UK water utilities and global clients.
- Strategic asset management advice, gap analysis and improvement plans aligned with ISO
55001.
Candidates should have a blend of technical, stakeholder engagement, financial, and project management skills to win and deliver projects:
- Background in winning and serving clients on major projects with strong technical expertise.
- Strategic planning for aviation to maximize profitability and operational efficiencies.
- Leverage existing and develop new aviation client relationships to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Assist in developing project work plans and reviewing schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Participate in annual and strategic plans for the area of responsibility and implement them.
- Pursue new project opportunities, maintaining contacts with current and prospective clients.
- Identify and resolve client relations problems.
- Open to UK and potentially international travel.
- Proven track record in digital asset management and advanced analytics.
- Professional, confident "Can Do" approach.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex matters clearly.
- Commercially astute and supportive of talent development.
- Collaborative mindset working within AtkinsRéalis, the supply chain, and client teams.
- Honours Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Asset Management qualifications, preferred but not essential.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body, preferred but not essential.
